Founder
Erin Cowham served 8 years active duty in the U.S. Army, stationed primarily at Fort Bragg, NC. The Army taught her how to execute under pressure, manage complex logistics, and hold a team to a standard — and she never stopped applying that.
After leaving active duty, she took those skills into the private sector and put them to work. She helped grow a 6-provider, 3-location mental health practice into what is now 30 providers across 19 locations. No matter the task, she takes the word "support" and runs with it — not just handling day-to-day work, but constantly looking for ways to improve operations, reduce friction, and lift the administrative burden off the people doing the real work.
That's the thread that runs through everything Erin does. Veteran. Operations builder. Someone who shows up and makes things run better.
She founded Cowham Group in 2026 to bring that same approach to federal contracting — pairing deep operational experience with modern AI tools to deliver administrative and program support to government agencies. The goal is straightforward: give federal agencies a small, accountable, veteran-owned partner who actually knows how to run operations at scale — without the overhead of a large consulting firm.

Mission
The federal government spends billions every year on administrative support contracts. Most of that work goes to large primes. We believe veteran-owned small businesses can compete at any level — and win — when backed by the right tools and the right experience.
